One personnel record with global visibility – Trackit Energy Passport
- The Trackit Energy ethos of ‘one version of the truth’ is also encapsulated in the personnel module. We have built the system to ensure that any updates made anywhere in the system to a personnel record is updated in their one personnel record. For example, during the airport check-in process, as the check-in person adds the weight of the passenger, this automatically updates the passengers personnel record. If the passenger flies to a platform, then this automatically updates their personnel record in the system.

Safety First
- Safety and visibility of personnel records is managed through a system of fine grain permissions which you control. This allows you to assign permission to only let certain people in your organisation view/edit full profiles or just see a person’s competencies to ensure they are fit to fly/work for example. You assign permissions based on the role of a person and what they might need access to. Human resource managers would have different permissions to aviation schedulers, or airport check-in staff, etc.

- The ability to manage competencies of your personnel and the competencies of your contractors has been a point of constant frustration for many companies. The Personnel module has competencies tracking built in.

- Personnel competencies throw up warnings in other modules through planning processes. For example, rostering a person to a location will cross reference the person’s competencies with required competencies for that location or role (when linked to Roster Module). Or booking a person on a flight quickly shows if their competencies will be valid, expired, or expiring for the time they are due to be offshore.
- Allows for equivalent qualifications. Due to the nature of global workforces in the oil and gas sector many of your workforce will have qualifications that are acceptable within your operations. Our system allows you to manage these equivalent competencies with ease and not cause confusion for planners.
