Configure your platform your way in under 1 hour
Like the rest of the Trackit the POB module allows you to easily set up your platform your way. This includes setting up all room and bed configurations, emergency roles, muster stations, and life boats. This only needs to be done once and should only take 60 minutes to do, and your POB module is good to go!
You can also set up emergency roles for the entire platform, hence you will get warnings if your platform has the correct personnel on board with the right competencies that allow your platform to run in a safe and compliant manner. This has been very well received by all planners booking personnel.
Powerful reports and dashboards
As with the entire Trackit Energy system, reports play a very important role in understanding your behaviours and optimising your workflows. The reports are handled in three ways:
- System generated reports that report on metrics that are common to most environments.
- System dashboards that show pertinent information on a day to day basis or specific metrics such as days on board exposure reports, emergency roles and rig competency roles filled etc.
- Bespoke reports. At Trackit Energy our ethos around data is “its your data and you should be able to report on anything that is captured.” We give you access to raw data in a secure manner. If you run your own reports we do not charge you anything. If you want us to run specific reports for you then we will charge a nominal fee for setting up the requested reports.

Shifting personnel is a breeze with Drag and Drop
- Drag, drop, and extend/shorten technology lets your platform/camp accommodation administrators quickly change the duration of stays or move personnel from on bed/cabin to any other bed/cabin by dragging their profile to another slot. RFID Bridge crossing plugin to track movements between platforms
- If you ever have the need for personnel to work between platforms then the People On Board module makes tracking easy. We have a RFID gateway plugin that will work either with your own hardware or we can provide hardware.
- The RFID plugin allows you to track your personnel as they pass through gateways and the direction they pass through so you always know which platform they are on in real time. It also assigns emergency roles, lifeboats and muster stations depending on which platform they are on.
Linked Modules reduces stress and increases efficiencies
