The communication module allows you to communicate with your personnel from any module you have access to. It gives you the ability to send Email or SMS directly to an individual or team of people on any topic you choose without ever needing to leave Trackit Energy.

• For example, a heli-scheduler planning a flight and loading passengers into the manifest will be notified of any expiring or expired qualifications. The scheduler can notify the potential passenger about the expired qualification directly from the screen they are in without breaking stride in the work they are doing. It is a win for the scheduler, the person in concern and also the company reducing time, improving compliance and reducing costs associated with inefficient processes.

The communication module allows you to set up events that lets the system communicate directly with personnel when these events are triggered.

• For example, configure your system to send email and/or SMS to personnel the day before a flight with pertinent information regarding the flight and what they may or may not bring including baggage allowance. Let the system inform personnel when they have competencies that need to be renewed so that you are not scrambling to get last minute dispensations or worse having to delay or put on an extra flight.
